ÐarkLord – Spellcaster
Expand Spellcaster gameplay with healing, utility magic, domination, curses, soul drain, death spells, and forbidden powers.
Spellcasters in The Sims 4 always had huge potential, but their gameplay often feels too limited. They can cast spells, brew potions, and cause some chaos — but they still lack deeper magical power, useful lot-wide abilities, darker consequences, and true forbidden magic.
ÐarkLord Spellcaster was made to change that.
This mod adds a new standalone path of DarkLord magic for Spellcasters, divided into three schools: Arcana Vitae, Utility Magic, and Dark Arts.
Heal Sims. Restore needs. Repair and upgrade lots. Clean entire homes. Recharge generators. Harvest plants in area. Dominate targets. Drain essence. Curse enemies. Kill Sims through forbidden magic — or erase them from existence completely.
One Spellcaster. More power. More danger. More control.
🚀 What’s New in V1.1?
Version 1.1 focuses on small but important refinements to utility magic.
✨ Particle Collection is now functional
Particle Collection now properly collects magical particles and sends the maximum allowed amount to the caster’s inventory.
🧼 Total Cleaning improved
Total Cleaning now recognizes and handles laundry piles and trash piles, making the spell more complete when cleaning the lot.
✨ Arcana Vitae
Healing, restoration, purification, and area support magic.
Use these spells to restore Sims, remove negative effects, cure ailments, break curses, and protect your household from emotional or supernatural collapse.
🛠️ Utility Magic
Practical magic for the whole lot.
Repair broken objects, restore burned items, upgrade compatible objects, recharge generators and batteries, clean the lot, care for plants, and harvest crops in area.
This school is built for players who want Spellcasters to feel useful in everyday gameplay — not just dramatic.
🔥 Dark Arts
Forbidden magic for control, decay, curses, death, and annihilation.
Dominate Sims, drain their needs, steal vitality, apply curses, destroy their stability, kill them through soul magic, or remove them from the save entirely.
Use with care. The abyss has no undo button.
🔓 Spell Progression
DarkLord spells unlock automatically as your Sim gains Spellcaster levels.
No external quest system is required in V1.
Your Sim becomes stronger through the normal Spellcaster progression, and new DarkLord menus appear as their magical power grows.
⚠️ Important Warning
Dark Arts are intentionally powerful.
Arcane Ruin drops the target’s needs to zero and can lead to death if the target is not healed quickly.
Sugar Alma drains the target and kills them by magic.
Erase Existence drains the target and removes the Sim from the save without tombstone or urn.
Back up important saves before using destructive Dark Arts.
You were warned. The spellbook does not apologize.
No dependencies
No external libraries, no required frameworks, and no third-party core mods.
Optional pack support
Some spells interact with systems from packs like Bust the Dust, Laundry Day, and other packs with compatible objects, plants, batteries, generators, laundry, dust, mold, or upgrade systems.

Use a Spellcaster Sim.
Open:
Magic > DarkLord Spells
Choose one of the DarkLord schools:
Arcana Vitae
Utility Magic
Dark Arts
Some spells target Sims or objects.
Other spells affect nearby Sims, plants, objects, or the whole lot.

📦 Installation
Download the .zip file and extract it.
Place both the .package and .ts4script files directly into:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
In your game settings, make sure these options are enabled:
Enable Custom Content and Mods
Script Mods Allowed
Restart the game.
