Description
This mod serves as a foundational component for all my other mods, including crafting recipes, cooking recipes, and harvestables. It contains resources that are shared across multiple mods, helping to prevent file bloat caused by duplicate resources. Additionally, it allows you to download my content in a modular way, giving you more control over the size of your downloads folder. While you won't be able to interact with this mod directly, it is essential for ensuring that my other mods function correctly.

Custom Tags:
This file adds new tags to the game that I use for my mods and recipes. You won't interact with most of them directly, but I've created some additional tags that allow you to use a 'type' of ingredient for my recipes instead of using a specific one. For example, in some of my recipes, you can use 'Any Spicy Pepper' instead of a specific type of pepper, like a chili pepper.
💡 If you don't want to use my custom tags, then don't install the 'IngredientTags_Enabler' ts4script. This will remove my custom 'Any...' ingredients from recipe ingredient requirements.
Note on Compatibility:
I don't usually track compatibility or integrate with other creator's mods but I'm often asked about SCCO. As of 12/8/23, it doesn't look like our mods conflict because we use completely different methods of adding custom ingredients to the game. As far as I can tell, this file should work fine alongside that mod.
Custom Notebook Entries:
This file enables custom notebook entries for my content. You'll find a new section in your sim's notebook that will slowly fill with information about my custom content and mods. New entries can be triggered by crafting, purchasing, researching plants, or cheats.

New Objects
Included with this mod are some new objects that are used by other mods:
Boxes of Insects
There are 25 new boxes of insects. Each box features an image on the front of the type of insect stored inside. These boxes include insects from Outdoor Retreat and Eco Living. I created them so that all insects can be used as ingredients for various recipes, even if you only have the base game installed. If you have Outdoor Retreat installed, you can choose to remove the insects from the box and display them, or vice versa.
Small Overrides:
I've included some small overrides to enhance gameplay that aren't commonly overridden, so they shouldn't conflict with other mods.
- Wrapped Red and White Meat will show up as Wrapped Beef or Chicken Meat
- Texture for snow on harvestable dirt piles is now seamless with surrounding snow
- Some in-game text has been changed to make more sense

Cheats:
The third ts4script included, 'Cheats', allows you to use my custom cheats. To use these, you will need to open the cheat console in-game (ctrl+shift+c), type 'testingcheats true', then hit enter. See the info HERE for more detailed information.
- bb.cleannotebook - Removes any references to notebook entries that no longer exist in your game.
How do I install this?
If you're not using the CurseForge app then install by placing these files in your Sims 4 Mods folder.
Do NOT put any ts4script files more than one folder deep.
Will this work with other mods?
Any resources that might conflict with other mods are listed in the 'Conflicts' Page.
