All-in-1-version of my complete townie overhaul less fame.
This is a complete modular overhaul of the EA townie generation system.
With this mod, celebrities will no longer invade all lots in your neighbourhoods.
The mod also reduces the generation of new townies significantly.
Sims that are required for gameplay purposes will still be generated (except for the "no" and "nonew" modules of this mod that will stop the game from creating new townies for certain roles. For these roles, you will either need those Sims to already have been created or you will download those Sims from the gallery (if you care to have them in your game, which might not even be the case for certain Sims like weirdos).
Important notes:
Make sure to only use one of the unimportant Sims, spellcaster and petstrays modules. Otherwise, you don't get to decide which of the modules the game will use.
Also make sure to have enough unplayed households in your game that can be converted to be role Sims. You might run into loading issues when the game cannot find any Sims for a certain role. This mostly happens for Community Lots like Spas. In that case, just download some role Sims or eligible townies to get rid of loading issues.
As the download includes everything you will have to uninstall the modules you do not want manually from your Downloads folder (or the zip-file, that is). If you don't know how to do this, please download the mod modules separately.
You technically don't have to delete the modules for packs you don't own as the game will not try to use these tuning files if you don't own a pack.
