Catching up with the Sims4 careers a bit. Here's the two NPC careers introduced with Businesses and Hobbies - The vendor (Trashley) and Tattoo Artist career!
For Trashley's career first apply his trait and then enter his career. The tattoo artist career can be entered at any time. For best results get that skill up there, otherwise you'll just have a poor tattoo artist!
I was surprised to learn that Trashley was represented by an actual NPC career, but it's right there in the game! In order to make this NPC customizable I separated the voice / outfit out from the rest of the trait, which does mess up the actual NPC a bit. I also enabled aging and death, but if you're into these mods that's standard fare.
The career outfit is Trashley's own outfit of course (which I had to modify, so it's unlocked in CAS). HOWEVER the trait is another matter.
Trashley's trait not only has his unique voice, but also applies his outfit on at all times, like his trait used to. So you can have both the regular Trashley and a unique NPC is that's your jam.
Be aware that having Trashley in your household puts him into "hangout mode" after a certain amount of time. Just something that happens.
