Latest version XML INJECTOR IS REQUIRED for this mod to work.
This mod adds the following new interaction options that allow you to ask other sims to read books:
- "Ask to Read" option for books, vampire tomes, and magic tomes, allowing you to pick a sim and ask them to read the selected book. This interaction can be initiated from books placed in world, in object inventory (e.g. bookshelves, storage chests), and in sim inventory.
When initiated from world or object inventory, the picked sim will be called over to pick up the book to read; when initiated from sim inventory, the active sim will go over and hand the book to the picked sim. - "Ask to Read Something" option for bookshelves, allowing you to pick a sim and ask them to pick a random book from the bookshelf and read it.
("Read book" here refers to the sim reading book alone, not "reading book for sim" as in the toddler/child interactions.)
With this mod, you can have other sims learn specific skills by reading skill books, or give other sims a book written by your writer sims themselves to read, etc.
Sims will refuse to read when they are uncomfortable, or when there are no books on the bookshelf that are suitable for them to read.

Compatibilities:
- Base Game Compatible
- This mod does not override any in-game resources, so it should not conflict with other mods as far as I know.
