Engaged sims can ask other sims to be their officiant / sim of honor / flower pal / ring bearer via text!
Open the relationship panel ---> Click on a sim ---> Social, and you'll see these interactions:
This is a sure shot so be careful about the sims you choose :)
You'll also get a random notification after that:
PS: Child sims can only be asked to be ring bearer or flower pal.
