Kids in the drama club can practice dramatics and learn new lines, and this override lets them unlock and improve their acting skill, which by default can only be achieved by teens and older.
The "Cry on demand" interaction doesn't improve the skill but "practice dramatics" and "learn new lines" will, as well as the corresponding mirror interactions.
