This outfit was included in Felicity's collection for a limited time in 1997. It is not associated with any of her stories, though Felicity does go to the Williamsburg town fair in the short story Felicity Takes A Dare.
- There are two versions of the dress, with and without an apron. The meshes are slightly different between them.
