I'm slowly but surely working my through the remaining sets and trying to make at least some progress before the upcoming fairy expansion drops and I get even more work haha.
Either way here is the mermaid set of Boreal Vibrance default eyes as well as a handful of extras here and there. As always they've got the same handpainted and vibrant style as all BV eyes with a total of 6 unique aquatic themed variants to make all sorts of alluring, scary or quirky looking mersims!

This set has a total of 6 unique variants with at least a few swatches each. For most of them I've taken inspiration from the original maxis styles but there's also some completely new ones as well;
- Fishy - Dark sclera and a thin circle of iris around big dark pupils. Inspired by fish and shark eyes.
- Octopus - patchy two-tone iris and sclera with horizontal pupils. Inspired by octopus eyes.
- Whirlpool - Big bright iris and white sclera with swirls in both. A more fantasy/magical looking variant.
- Drowned - White sclera and big glossy/wet look. Was very inspired by Aveira's Submerged eyes for these tbh, and wanted to try my hand at something similar. A slightly more "normal" eye but with just a little mermaid-y touch.
- Reef - Slit pupils and pale colored big iris and sclera. Inspired by reef sharks.
- Cuttlefish - W-shaped pupils and colorful big iris and sclera. Inspired by cuttlefish.
Aside from remakes of the maxis mermaid eyes I've also included some fun extra variants; the glossy and a little sad-looking Drowned eyes, reef shark eyes for the mersharks, and even some fun cuttlefish ones complete with the weird w-shaped pupils!
The set beefs up the mermaid eye swatched with 8 extra addon swatches, bringing it to a total of 17 swatches, the same as for werewolves.
Contacts and Heterochromia is included as always. These are optional and you can delete them if you don't want them!
Heterochromia mesh by me, other CC creators are free to use my meshes as long as you provide link and credit back to me as well as don't paywall any cc you create using them.
The vanilla eye gloss is a bit too much, especially for custom eyes with more detail than the vanilla eyes, at the same time, I never was a fan of removing the eye gloss entirely making the eyes matte instead. So, after a bit of fiddling and experimenting, I've managed to make a custom specular texture (that's what's creating the gloss effect) that's far less intrusive yet still retains a nice natural gloss effect to the eyes.
