I was sick and tired of needing Gyms or Spa's just to have a Yoga Studio; or worse a Generic Lot type. So I created the Yoga Studio Lot Type. With this lot type, you can now have a dedicated Yoga Studio without the need of it being a Gym or Spa as well. It has it's own specifications of whats needed to be functional, with one optional object.
Visitors will come to the Studio as well and do interactions too. Your sim will get two whim's, Meditate and Do a Yoga Routine when on the lot. Please note - Joining a Yoga class does not fulfil the "Do a Yoga Routine" whim.
Recommendations
Kuttoe's NPC's everywhere mod; this will allow a Yoga Instructor to show up automatically without requesting one.
