This is a pastel-style collection of framed paintings and vintage canvas art for The Sims 4.
It comes with over 20 custom swatches, with three different frame/canvas styles and sizes.
You can find them in the Decorations, Paintings, and Posters categories, or easily search for them by typing "Vintage" in the in-game search bar.
They cost 200, 300, and 400 Simoleons depending on the size.
There are three .package files included with different frame/canvas styles and sizes, and you can download all three at once.
