RUSTY RECOLLECTIONS PACK [BUILD/BUY CC]

If you're wondering where I've been, well...

This is my first build/buy custom content pack so please be easy on me! I've wanted to make something nostalgic like this for some time now, specifically for people like me who grew up in "lower income" blue collar neighborhoods. I've seen a lot of creators doing interiors furniture that fits that theme but not many doing outdoor packs, so I took the challenge myself! I hope you like it as much as I do!

INFO:

-There are 29 items, 1 build item [concrete stairs that I didn't manage to get a photo of somehow].
-The kiddie pool is functional.
-The lattice works great against the house with plants and vines going up it.
-The fence is not a build fence but rather a placeable decor one, so you can place is in any orientation you want.
-The wrought iron security door pieces have got to be my most favorite pieces ever, I was set on making a screen door like this but I felt this was a much better idea as it is fully functional with all doors (besides fairly tall ones) and comes in 2 different sizes. You can use MOO & the ALT button to shut, open, or crack the door and it is tuned that your sims will walk through it and not have any pathing errors.
-The birdhouse is functional and meant to be "hung" from a tree.
-The toddler swing is functional and meant to be "hung" from a tree as well, but due to animations and tuning the toddler will still be able to be fed and the food will float unfortunately. Just don't feed them in the swing hahaha
-The garden hose snaps to walls for seamless placing.
-The concrete pavers can be resized via the shortcuts to make multiple different paths and do not cause pathing issues, and also have multiple swatches of cracks and moss.
-The playhouse is functional WITH the Dream Home Decorator GP, as I used the tent animations for it. Otherwise I don't know if it will show up in your game or not, but it would just be decor.
-The lantern is functional.
The jungle gym is fully functional!
-Mailbox is functional!
-Basketball rim is functional!
-Barrel planter is functional!
-Most items have multiple swatches but there are a few concrete mossy items that only have 1 swatch.
-Most items have a sort of "lore" type description if you'd like to read it or use it for game play, but obviously you can ignore that!
