It will only fucntion as an incense burner if you have the Spa Day pack as well.
Please note -- I am not sure if the tuning for the incense burners from Life & Death as well as Businesses & Hobbies hast the same tuning for Spa Day. If So, this item MAY function if you have For Rent and either Life & Death or Businesses & Hobbies.
