Tribute to realtelltod and his original Version of charplan.
Unfortunately, as many other veteran RoM players and developers, he seems no longer around.
(i tried to contact him to further distribute updates under the original project but i couldn't reach him - @realtelltod: if you see this, pls don't sue me xD)
