Description
this mod is no longer supported, sorry!
Please read the description! This is a huge pack and it's important to know what you are using and how to use it
Description
This is a resource pack that contains over 20,000 upscaled textures from more than 200 mods, all bundled into one download. It comes with an optional companion mod to give you full control, so you don't have to download individual packs one by one.
The upscaled textures include:
- Blocks (including animated)
- Items (including animated)
- Paintings
- Particles (including animated)
For comparisons and examples, please check the media section.
You might be wondering if these are just basic upscaled textures. The answer is no! They are upscaled using two highly effective workflows I developed specifically for Minecraft textures: an AI workflow and an image processing workflow.
This means that the vast majority of textures look amazing. However, with over 20,000 files, a tiny amount might appear slightly broken, usually with some tiled blocks. This is where the companion mod comes in! You can easily disable any texture you see by looking at it and pressing a key in-game. You can also report broken textures using another key, right from the game.
The mod offers many more options to control the resource pack.➡️ CHECK OUT THE MOD HERE
Compatibility
This is primarily a 1.20.1 resource pack, but it supports other versions as well as the companion mod. For it to work correctly on other versions, you must check minecraft wiki the values are the formats and set the correct format number in your pack.mcmeta or you can use "supported_formats" as value from 1.20.2 to current.
Since this pack is based on 1.20.1, textures added in newer versions of mods will not be included until the pack is updated.
The companion mod makes the pack highly customizable and suitable for any modpack that uses the supported mods.
Does it impact performance?
No. The only performance impact comes from the GPU rendering the higher-resolution textures you are actively using. The mod itself and any unused textures have no effect on performance or compatibility. By using the mod to disable overrides for mods you aren't using, you can make the pack as lightweight as a small, standard resource pack.

Things You Need to Know
In case you find a texture that is broken or you don't like, you can easily blacklist it using the in-game key events until it gets fixed.
- Some mods uses custom connected textures feature like random texture rotation. This can break high-resolution textures, as it's nearly impossible for a single texture to tile perfectly in 16 different ways. This is very rare, but I have noticed being used often in Better End and Better Nether mods.
Visual Comparison
Vanilla Upscaled

Notice the seams because its randomly rotated, and I can't possibly detect these textures to exclude them from the pack, while in very rare case one might turns out to be normal:
Vanilla Upscaled

- Items do not use color correction, so you may occasionally see some new colors added to them.

- If you see a broken texture like the one below, please report it immediately using the mod. You can also blacklist it in the meantime.
- there are also these type of textures that I included even though they are not square, but if you think is bad you can black list them, or disable them because they can be mod's specific, don't be confused this is a block.

- Some painting example.

My Personal Thoughts
I believe the different texture types have turned out great, but here is my personal ranking:
- Paintings (95% perfect): They are the best! More abstract, yet they still have that pixelated feel.
- Items (95% perfect): Much more detailed and colorful, especially weapons. Some may look a bit smooth to maintain their shape.
- Foliage (95% perfect): Flowers and crops are now bushier and fit perfectly with mods that alter the game's foliage.
- Animated Blocks (85% perfect): These were very hard to handle, but they still work well.
- Blocks (75% perfect): They look very good overall but may still have some issues due to the sheer volume.
If this project becomes popular and receives support, I will continue to improve all these textures. With updates, many of the existing issues can be fixed quickly. The good news is that if you don't like a specific type of texture (e.g., particles), you can disable them entirely with a single config option in the mod!
I originally made this resource pack for my own custom modpack. If I get enough support, I might be able to finish the modpack faster and publish it for everyone to enjoy.
You can follow me for more mods and updates. If you want to support me in any way, I am very grateful—this stuff is really hard to make! :)
The companion mod will be open source if you want to request changes. Please report any issues with the mod on GitHub, not in the comments section. For resource pack feedback, feel free to comment below, but remember the best way to report broken textures is through the in-game mod feature.
