Modifies the Vanilla Tweaks Wavy Leaves module to be wavier so vines placed on leaves look better and the tree waving looks more natural. Also fixes their issue with jungle leaves waving in a wonky way.

NOTE: Their pack is still required for leaves to wave. Put this over your Vanilla Tweaks installation, or it will not override.
