Villagers with Moving Arms [VMA]

The villagers and the wandering trader have their arms free. When they walk, their arms swing slightly.

The feature requires the two following mods :

[ETF] Entity Texture Features - [Fabric & Forge]

It should be compatible with most mods and resource packs. Feel free to include it in your pack.
