Tuntrascarf (New aipom line)

Added Kindle Scarf compatibility for Cobblemon Fight or Flight

Updated compatibility for Xaero's Minimap and E19 Cobblemon Minimap Icons

Added a "Status" animation for Twiscarf and Tuntrascarf during battles

Adjusted recoil animation for Twiscarf to make it less snappy at the end

Changed the ability "Scarf Guard" to now thaw allies as well if they are frozen in a double battle

Made the ability "Scarf Guard" exclusive to Tuntrascarf, Twiscarf now as "Pickup" instead

Slightly adjusted the level up movepool of Twiscarf and Tuntrascarf

-Added "Quick Attack" to level 12

-Moved "Ice Shard" to level 24

-Thief was removed from the level up movepool, but is still learnable through TM

Organized the Tuntrascarf internal model better(specifcally the tails are labeled better)

Fixed multiple Tuntrascarf tail patterns to better match Twiscarf

Added two new tail patterns

-Love(Using a love sweet)

-Boho(Using a warped fungus)
