Tree logs and stems drop planks so Fortune can be used on them.

• No Fortune: 4 planks
• Fortune III: maximum of 16 planks

The formula is the same as for other ore drops. (Literally, "formula": "minecraft:ore_drops" in loot table files)

Below are some tweaks that were made for balancing.

Recipe tweaks

Planks can be compacted into Stripped woods/hyphae

Which can be then turned back into planks

Unstripped wood/hyphae can also be crafted into planks (but not vice versa)

Logs cannot be crafted into planks anymore*

* I actually think log-to-planks recipe would be really useful for players who add this datapack mid-game. I'll probably implement it later.
