Changelog:

-Added Copper Torches
-Updated the packmcmeta to the newer versions
-Updated the overlays so the shader is re-renabled on newer versions
-Updated the Redstone Torch
-Tweaked the Wall handle texture

-Removed the Polytone flame sounds (seems to have a bug linked to it)
