Changelog:
-Fully re-nanimated the Torch fire and gave the normal torch a new fire color palette.

-Optimised the the torches, repeaters and comparators.

-Removed the 3D details of the torch models to be more vanilla friendly.

-Improved the torch glow, disabled shading on certain areas of the model.
