Some changes on all interface textures:
slight color change on all textures, micro update of the crafting book texture, finishing the textures of the interfaces: movement arrow, villager interface and others

Other small changes such as the reduction of the pack which went from 3.35 MB to 1.428 MB...
Better compatibility to work with other packs.
