changes all menus to be purple and starry themed! easy on the eyes as well.

lowkey dont think they changed anything but the pack.mcmeta layout. I DO NOT THINK THIS PACK WILL WORK ON OLDER VERSIONS BECAUSE OF THAT, I DID NOT CHECK (i am lazy i do apologize)!!!!!!
