Changed:

- Fixed glowing phantoms (no idea why that happened)
- Changed highlighted UI items to fit the changes in 1.15

- Realms related UI textures added (for some reason they were missing, sorry!)
- Removed piston_inner.pdn
- Grass, mycelium and podzol blocks are now completely colored on all sides, even if Better Grass is not turned on in Optifine or it isn't installed. It just looks a lot better.
