New - (added/fixed/changed/improved)

Started added POM(Parallax occlusion mapping) to blocks, this adds a nice 3D effect to the placeable blocks including 3D texture animations. The implementation of POM support is still WIP and is far from done, Don't expect all blocks to be added yet, !Important POM Requires a shader that supports it!
