Description
Disables the static HUD elements in the Shut Your Eyes mod (the lungs in the bottom left and the eye in the bottom right, does not turn off the minecraft HUD, use AutoHUD for that).
Also changed the screamer.png file to something much more creepy since the original felt a little bland.
