Added textures for Paintings and Books, specified in Fnar's settings.
The properties files support old settings version (using the Name NBT tag) and the next settings version (will use LocName NBT tag instead of Name).

Simplified Trading Cards frame textures, so they don't look weird if you look at them from some blocks away.

Added emissive textures to some Novelty Items that didn't have emissive textures.
