This is a major properties files refactoring change (textures are the same). 

Now, each properties and textures files were moved to a subfolder with the name of the mod they belong to.  

The idea was born from the need of better control over so many properties files.  

NOTE: The new SME enchantments are missing textures, because they are still experimental.
