RL Enchanted Books

This version can be used in RLCraft, RLCraft Dregora and presumably other modpacks.

Its properties files specify "if the Enchanted Book contains an enchantment called <name> and a level of <level>, then apply this texture".

Because of this "versatility", Enchanted Books with multiple enchantments won't always show the first enchantment & level texture. 

Let's see this Enchanted Book:

• Sharpness III
• Subject Science II
• Arrow Recovery III

But it will have the "Arrow Recovery II" texture.
This is because Optifine found the "mujmajnkraftsbettersurvival:arrowrecovery" enchantment and a "level 2" enchantment.

Apparently there is no way to look for the first enchantment by its name.
