Fixes Enchantment levels from 10-100

This pack makes custom enchantment levels over 10 to 100 roman numerals

Without pack:
Sharpness enchantment.level.100

With pack:
Sharpness C

How to get over enchanted items:

Here is the command, if there is a word covered in triangular brackets (<>) you need to fill it in

/give <PLAYER> <ITEM_ID>{Enchantments:[{"id":"<ENCHANTMENT_ID>",lvl:<ENCHANTMENT_LEVEL>}]} <AMOUNT>
