Remove cursedtweak title screen picture because the mod don't provide an option for it

I hate how certain mod don't add a config for their mods and this ressourcepack is my contribution to solve a background texture form the mod cursedtweak, which don't add the option to remove it.
God I fucking hate mod that change the default titlescreen.
