quick update to fix and add a few small things

Texture changes & additions
-updated armor equip slots and creative inventory to allow for a correct alignment for 1.7/1.8 and 1.9
-updated all buttons
-updated title on main menu
-updated experience bar
-updated health bar to make hearts and half-hearts more distinguishable
-updated breath bar
-updated mount health bar
