Reworked all vegetation:

• Simplified textures of grass block, dirt block and grass/dirt path
• New grass and foliage colors for all biomes
• Birch leaves are now the same color in all biomes
• New leaves textures for all trees
• Improved textures of tall grass
• Improved textures of ferns
• Improved textures of all flowers
• Improved textures of all crops
• New lilypad texture
• Removed lilypad buggy 3D model
• Fixed dirt paths using vanilla texture

OptiFine changes:

• Lightmap becomes darker when it's raining
• Improved sky and fog colors
