Added loads of small tweaks! And some mod support!

Added-

-Appleskin retexture to fit with the purple hunger bar

-jei button has been given a purple highlight

-all buttons have been given the same purple highlight

-book has been recoloured to fit in

-recipe book has been recoloured

-toasts and potion effect popups have been retextured

-villager inventory has been updated

-enchanting table, beacon and villager gui's have been re-coloured
