Shiny starters with perfect IV's and extra choices

Server-side Datapack
Added Riolu, Absol, Pikachu and Eevee to the starter list. They can be found on page 2 of choosing your starter.
All starters will be shiny and have perfect IV's!
Easy to install. Only needs to be installed on the server in the datapack folder, located under the "worlds" folder.
