No Xmas/Halloween Textures

Removes Xmas and Halloween In-game Textures

- Christmas chests look like default chests

- Pumpkins (lit and unlit) do not have faces

- Pumpkin vignette (when worn as helmet) does not resemble a face

This is a very light download.

(Note: Minecraft will not allow removal of the "Merry Xmas!" splash text on the title screen via resource/texture pack during December 24-25... My apologies if this affects the user.)
