Neythox Nether Sky
Custom Nether skyboxes created by Neythox, featuring unique sky textures that change depending on the Nether biome.
Originally, these custom skies were part of the personal resource pack I created for my Minecraft Hardcore world, which I've been playing since 2019 and regularly showcase on stream. I decided to make them publicly available so everyone can enjoy them!
Transform the appearance of the Nether with custom skies designed to give each biome its own unique atmosphere.
This Pack Includes
- Nether Sky - Basalt Deltas
- Nether Sky - Crimson Forest
- Nether Sky - Nether Wastes
- Nether Sky - Soul Sand Valley
- Nether Sky - Warped Forest
Requirements
Important: A compatible skybox mod is required to display the custom skies.
- FabricSkyBoxes (NUIT) or Skyboxify - Required to render the custom Nether skyboxes.
- Nether Fog Removal - Nether fog must be disabled for the intended visual experience. You can use Tweakeroo or another compatible mod that allows you to disable Nether fog.
Without a compatible skybox mod, the custom skies will not be displayed.

The custom skies look especially impressive when playing above the Nether bedrock roof!
Even if you prefer exploring beneath the Nether roof, the custom skies still enhance the atmosphere throughout the dimension.
Installation
- Download the resource pack.
- Place the ZIP file in your Minecraft
resourcepacksfolder. - Install FabricSkyBoxes (NUIT) or Skyboxify.
- Enable the resource pack in Minecraft's Resource Packs menu.
- Disable Nether fog using Tweakeroo or another compatible mod.
