Minecraft Live happened just a few days ago! Mojang teased the Pale Garden biome - a biome that looks like the dark oak forest, just way spookier - it has the new Pale Oak wood, vines and moss growing all over the forest, and it's the first biome to be gray in color - they really went with the spooky theme! Halloween is right around the corner, so it is in season! The biome is spooky for a reason - at night, a new mob lurks in the shadows: The Creaking! It is a mob that chases you around when you're not looking at it! If you hit it, you can't kill it, but it shows particles that lead you to a block called the Creaking Heart! If you destroy the Creaking Heart, the Creaking disappears out of existence!
Although not much was teased, I still like the new blocks, they give a lot of building potential!
The reason why I made this pack is because the snapshots have not released yet and I want to play around with the blocks, and I am uploading this pack to CurseForge so you all can enjoy this pack as well!
Keep in mind that this resource pack is a recreation, NOT the official game assets!
You do not need OptiFine to use this pack, so you can use it even with Sodium, or in the Vanilla game!

The CreakingI cannot add the Creaking mob, as this is a resource pack. I also do not know how to work with Minecraft custom models. This pack does NOT add The Creaking.- Pale Oak Logs/Stripped Logs, Planks, Stairs, Slabs, Doors, Trapdoors (replaces Dark Oak variants)
- Pale Oak Fences/Fence Gates, Signs, Buttons, Pressure Plates (replaces Dark Oak variants)
- Pale Oak Boats/Chest Boats (replaces Dark Oak variants)
- Pale Moss, Pale Moss Carpet, Pale Moss Overhang (replaces Moss, Moss Carpet, Glow Lichen, Sculk Vein)
- Pale Grass, Pale Tall Grass, Pale Vines (replaces Nether Sprouts, Lilac, Weeping Vines)
- Creaking Heart and Inactive Creaking Heart (replaces Bamboo Block and Stripped Bamboo Block)
