Sandstone has vertical repeat CTM, gravel has repeat CTM. Custom sky color...
Really shows the two-toned color depth the presaturation lends.
Quartz
Repeat CTM stone and obsidian
Glass has CTM, new bricks, planks and clay. CTM bookshelves in Savanna (Opti/MCPatcher only).
Presat greyscales gives the swamp a neat look! Custom bookshelves to boot. Even the CTM oak swamp logs have normal maps.
A custom end lightmap gives torches a soft purple tint in MCPatcher/Optifine. End stone with repeat CTM.
For a different feel, the stone texture changes in the desert to a more limestone, smooth texture from Soar's archives.
I still need a roof!
It looks good without shaders too, I just like the glow from the fire. Custom bookshelves in the nether BTW~
The wheat, just like everything else, has optimized mipmap interpolation, which makes a big difference. The wheat is still, of course, made by Soar49. ;)
Skeletons
As of May 23, 2014
All grass has random CTM, and tall grass has a variety of different heights depending on the biome. Mipmap interpolation is optimized to prevent dark spots and retain detail.
Savanna Glass
Remade CTM glass and created-from-scratch new bricks with horizontal, random and repeat CTM on different faces.
Savanna Hardened Dirt
Support for most of the textures in 1.8 is included already. May 24, 2014
Custom grass sides, brand new double tall Syringa. This was from before I implemented purple presat to trees.
Forest & Start Chest
Sunset included, of course. I could never stand vanilla sand having so much saturation, fixed here. Red sand and all clays are made from scratch, individually.
Pockets of browned river rock can be found beneath rivers and rarely above ground in the jungle!
Sunflowers
I made new sun overlays for sunrise, noon and sunset. I've also included a custom lightmap with cleaner light and smoother gradient to darkness. Night light isn't a vibrant purple, it's a soft blue.
Spider
Mountains
Bright grass! The sun has overlays at different times of the day. Foliage and grass are presaturated, which allows leaves to change hue, sat and value. The biome palette is lightly adjusted to enable gradual changes between blocks.
Mountain Steppe
All blocks, including all CTM, have normal mapping and some have specular mapping to give them depth and sheen. The presaturated bases work well here, as all the foliage comes out with a rich two-tone.
Select biomes have occasional bands of chalk with matching embedded ores.
Jungle Edge
brand new wool (in the threaded style of the original), bright CTM glass
After I made the Fanver sky, I returned to it when making Invictus, adding more depth, reworked timing, stars and overlays.
Who knew nether brick could be used as a building material?
