[Immersive Railroading] Shaded's Custom Voxel Train Pack REBORN

Been a while, oopsie.

Added a bunch of stuff to the Northern Star Railway:

• BE-2 4-10-0, basically a more conventional version of the BE-1
• ACDCA-x 2-6-4+4-6-2 Garratt, based on the cheap range of engines
• AC-9 2-6-0, a tender engine version of the ACB-2, albeit following a slight redesign
• BCA-4/1 4-6-2, which has a mismatched tender
• C-8 0-6-0T
• AI-1 2-18-0
• BDB-2 4-8-4, has two different versions with different valve gear arrangements
• BCC-2/3 4-6-6, has two different versions with different valve gear arrangements
• an unclassified 4-10-6T
• CD-1/3 6-8-0
• a functional version of the suburban coach set's control coach
• a full set of intercity coaches from the same era as the suburban set
• tweaks to the weight of the suburban coaches
• an updated second version of the Type A 6-wheel tender
• an updated second version of the 8-wheel tender

Introducing the Rimshelm, Nethingston & South Coast Railway, a sister railway to the NSR!

• Added the ADB-4 class 2-8-4, using a NSR tender
• Added the ABB-3 class 2-4-4T

Some miscellaneous additions have also been made:

• Added a 4-cylinder 4-4-0, using a somewhat similar arrangement to GWR 4-cylinder 4-6-0s
• Added a 2-6-2 to the cheap range, its livery variants allowing for some different cylinder arrangements
• Added a 4-6-4 tender engine to the PPCR
• Added a 4-6-6T to the PPCR
• Added a 4-6-0 to the ECR
• Added an 0-6-0ST to the ECR, this being the final iteration of one of the first models I started for the pack
• Added the new BIG OUNCE
• There's now two of Stadhouder der Hollanden because I forgot to remove the test version, oops
• Added a Lewin 0-4-2 traction engine for minecraft gauge
• Coggers received a redesign, the animation is slightly broken however
