[Immersive Railroading] {discontinued} Shaded's Custom Train Pack Classic

Changed the part naming on several models to work in survival.
(Some models lacked a FRAME part and thus couldn't work in survival. Any model that lacked a FRAME component has now had the SHELL component renamed to FRAME, the only exceptions being the old 0-8-4 models, the Gypsy test engine, and the shitpost smoothed single truck heisler.)

Four minecraft gauge engines have been added, namely an 0-4-0 tram engine with tender, a Lewin 0-4-2 well tank, an atlantic tender engine, and an 0-8-0 tender engine with currently broken valve gear.

On the standard gauge side, an 0-8-0 based on the pack's icon has been added, along with an 0-12-0T, and a 4-4-4-4 tender engine, which is the biggest model I have made yet.

Some engines have been taken off the blacklist, namely Bullet and Massive Exhoost Pipes.

This wasn't supposed to be a major update, the next major update will (hopefully) have fixed the valve gear issues with Bullet and the MG 0-8-0 as well as adding some minecraft gauge rolling stock and an overhaul to the mogul.
