With My Military Pack Project That I've Been Making

= "Raphtalia" and "Raphtalia f" for Wolf Mob (Credits to JasonMaqui12 for the idea)

= Fixed Horse
- Baby Horses can no longer levitate, but rather have long legs
- Horses armor can now align with legs

= Horse Texture png's are all refitted to 2048x2048 for the future vehicle packs (SHORT LAG IMPACT WARNING!)

= "Zombified Piglin" is now renamed to "Civilian Piglin"
- They Can No Longer Equip Armor

removed due to ".sx .sy .sz" codes not working

= Because of the ".sx .sy .sz" codes not working in Optifine 1.16.3,
I Used .ty codes for the wither armor, and also i remodeled the
wither armor

= Removed The ((TEMPLATE)) folder on optifine/random/entity folder to save space
