Releases of snapshots for the Trails and Tails Update (1.20) revealed the addition of a new built-in resource pack called "High Contrast" which changes the buttons and some assets to have high contrast and have that retro-look. This pack essentially stacks on top of it, changing the GUI to look high contrast!
