Description
a Datapack That adds around 87 new crafting recipes
Altered Vanilla Recipes:
- Chain [It now crafts 4 instead of 1]
- Stone tools [Can now be crafted with any stone material instead of just cobblestone]
- Fermented Spider Eye [Can now be crafted with either type of mushroom instead of just brown mushrooms]
- Stonecutter [Can now be crafted with any stone type]
Alternative Recipies:
- Charcoal x2 [Now can be made at a campfire with logs and can be made with a block of dried kelp in a furnace]
- Magenta Dye [Now can be crafted from any of the following by placing it in a crafting grid: Flowering Azaelea Leaves, flowing Azaelea Bush, or popped Chorus fruit]
- Brown Dye [Orange Dye plus black dye | Shapeless]
- Green Dye [Can be made from dried kelp in a crafting grid or smelting a moss block]
- Red Dye [Craftable from selling a sweet berry or placing a single redstone in a crafting grid]
- Black Dye [two shapeless Crafting recipes: Coal/Charcoal+Grey dye, and Red dye+Blue dye+Yellow dye]
- Book and quill [book+feather+any dye | Shapless]
- Lantern [can replace torch with any of the following: Glow berry, Glowstone dust, or Glow ink sack]
- Sticky piston [Now you can use a bottle of honey instead of a slimeball]
- Andesite [3 cobblestone and 1 nether quartz | Shapeless | Produces 3]
- Paper [3 dried kelp | Shapeless | Produces 3]
- Blaze Powder [Blasting | 1 Glowstone]

- Grass block [1 dirt block + 2 of the following, doesn't matter which and doesn't need to be the same item twice{Grass seed, Tallgrass, double tall grass, or Fern} | Shapeless]
- Mycelium block [1 dirt block + 2 of the following, doesn't matter which and doesn't need to be the same item twice{red mushroom and brown mushroom} | Shapeless]
- Obsidian [1 bucket of water + 1 bucket of lava | Shapless | Buckets stay in crafting grid]
- Dead bush [Smelt literally any sapling in a furnace]
- Dripstone [1 of any stone in the top left corner and 1 of any stone in the bottom right corner + 1 mud in each of the opposing corners | makes 3 dripstone| 2x2 crafting grid]
- Pointed Dripstone [putting a dripstone block in a stone cutter can make 4 pointed dripstone]
- Village bell [Top Left and Top right corners: Stone, Top Middle: any log, Bottom Middle: Iron bar, Remaining 5 slots in a helmet shape: Gold ingots. | 3x3 crafting grid]
- Cobweb [5 string in an X pattern]
- Glow lichen [1 glow ink sack in the middle with 4 vines, one on each side | Produces 4]
- Sponge [2 of any wool, 2 mangrove roots mangrove top right and bottom left, wool in top left and bottom right | 2x2 crafting grid]
- 2 tiers of anvil repair [iron ingot plus a damaged anvil in a smithing table will make a cracked anvil, a cracked anvil plus an iron ingot in a smithing table will equal a fully repaired anvil]
- Amethyst to nether quartz {Based in real life science} [1 amethyst block smelts into 1 block of quartz, 1 amethyst smelts into 1 Nether quartz]
- Nether quartz To amethyst {Based in real life science} [1 iron nugget in the middle surrounded on each side with 4 nether quartz with purple dye in each corner makes 4 amethyst shards | 3x3 crafting grid]
- Amethyst block to amethyst shards [1 amethyst block in a crafting grid equals 4 amethyst shards]
- Quartz block to Nether quartz [1 Quartz block in a crafting grid equals 4 nether quartz]
- Name Tag [ 1 string in top right corner one paper in bottom left corner | makes 2 | 2x2 Crafting grid]
- Flint [1 gravel in a crafting grid | Makes 3]
- Saddle [5 leather in a helmet pattern with 1 tripwire hook in the space between the bottom 2 leathers | 3x3 crafting grid]
- Chainmail armor [Same patterns as the other main armor sets but the material is chains]
- Potato! [Smelt a poisonous potato in a furnace into 1 potato]
- String x3 [Any 1 wool makes 4 string in a crafting grid] OR [ 1 Cobweb | Produces 5] OR [1 flint + 1 of any raw meat{Raw beef, raw Porkchop or raw mutton} | Spaeless | Produces 6]
- Elytra [ Middle: leather chest plate, Top Corners: End rods, bottom corners and both side middles: Phantom Membrane | 3x3 crafting grid]
