big changes to cobble,mossy cobble, dirt, grass, glass, added ctm support for glass, bookshelves, grass, added all concrete textures to the stonecolor properties so it changes colors based on biomes as well. added new nether textures, and replaced ugly wheat with an uglier default edit that fits better somehow...lol

I'm sure I missed something...

same as previous..but fixed missing ctm properties.. my bad
