So here is my secret texture pack that makes mangrove wood less smudgy looking, less... red... and even more usable!
(Seriously though Mojang? Another red wood variant? GREEN EXISTS!!)

There is a common issue involving a duplicate parent folder being created when the file is unzipped, double check there is no said duplicate parent folder before you load into game to prevent disappointment.
Files should go:
(Pack name) > assets
Not:
(Zip file name) > (Pack name) > assets
