Transforms the Ender Dragon into a goose! Requires ETF/EMF to load the custom model, but the custom textures work without!

- Changed Jean's spit particles into a tealish royal blue (requires Polytone).
- Added Polytone as an auto-downloaded dependency.
POLYTONE IS NOT REQUIRED!!! It is only needed for changing the spawn egg texture (which is only received by command anyway) and the particle coloring.
