Alternative version for 1.18.0 and 1.17

- The main version of Fresh Animations 1.6 doesn't work in some versions, including 1.18.0 and 1.17.x. That's that this version is for.
- The downside of this pack is that it doesn't have add-on part model support, which allows custom models for FA add-on packs.
- This pack is designed for 1.17, but should work on ANY version.
