The mca mod is very nice but there is one shortcoming, the npc faces are not good enough (in my opinion) that's why I made the male faces more masculine from their silly appearances and saved the women from their scary bulging eyes, I also made the eye colors more diverse and nice, I hope you like it and I also added screenshots, I would be happy if you examine them.
