-Added 3D Firework Item

-Added 3D firework when it's loaded in a crossbow

-Made the fire model more dungeons-accurate

-changed some GUI stuff

-added bone block blockstates

-fixed the soul fire texture

-added textures for packed ice, blue ice, frostwalker ice, snow, and powdered snow
